iRACING UI:
General
- Improvements have been made to the iRacing UI window behavior.
- - This should improve the behaviors for resizing, maximizing, un-maximizing, and remembering the window positions. This also fixes an issue where the mouse position could appear slightly offset from the actual window.
SIMULATION:
Race Control
- Fixed an issue with the early release of missed-start vehicles in multi-class sessions when a pack of vehicles was more than 20 seconds behind the leading pack.

- - Everyone has found new topics to discuss!
Controls
- Logitech TrueForce support has been temporarily disabled by default.
- - The latest G-HUB version (2021.2.7359) has a bug that causes a lockup at Sim shutdown. This feature will be re-enabled when the issue is resolved. You may need to re-calibrate your racing wheel.
Telemetry
- New live telemetry values, "SessionTimeTotal", "SessionLapsTotal", "PlayerCarClass", and "CarIdxClass" have been added.
- - These values offer a more convenient way to access data which is already in the session string.

BMW M4 GT4

Wollen die mich verarschen mit dem Fahrernamen? Jetzt wieder alles Rückgängig?
Hat da wer mehr Infos? Nicht das ich das jetzt wieder komplett ändere und dann wird es von iR nächste Woche wieder geändert...

This Patch contains some updates and fixes for the 2021 Season 2 Release.
iRACING UI: (5.13.01-2021-s2)
General
- The clock in the UI banner has been made more visible when Dark Mode is active.
Race Series
- The Event start dates have been added to the information displayed in the Season Schedule.
- - This shows the start date for all weeks, regardless if they are completed or in progress.
- The minimum number of participants required in order for a Ranked Session to go Official has been added to the Series Info panel.
- - Remember, your Safety Rating is always effected by your performance in Ranked Sessions; and your iRating is only effected if the event has enough participants to go Official!
- Fixed an issue where the displayed time of day word description (except Afternoon) did not match the actual time value for the Session info.
- Fixed an issue where the Time of Day info bubble was not displayed correctly on a Series Schedule.
Hosted Racing
- When creating a Hosted Session from an event on a Race Season Schedule, the correct time of day will now be carried over into the Hosted Session creation window.
- Fixed an issue where setting a weight penalty for a given car was being automatically rounded to the nearest whole kilogram, regardless of units in use and actual value.
- Fixed an issue where creating a Hosted Session from a Series Schedule was not carrying over the correct Time of Day settings.
Test Drive
- When creating a Test Drive from a Series event, the correct time of day will now be carried over into the Test Drive creation window.
Leagues
- When creating a League Team Race, the Grid Builder button is now correctly unavailable.
Paint Shop
- Fixed an issue where an empty column could appear when selecting to change cars.
SIMULATION:
Peripherals
- A new Thrustmaster "OneWheel" API has been integrated.
- - This API should resolve various force feedback issues. This update is automatic, no manual processes are required by users.
- TrueForce support for Logitech wheels has been re-enabled.
- - Users will need to manually force GHUB to upgrade to version 2021.3.5164 if you are already on version 2021.2.7359. See the following forum post for a guide on how to get Logitech TrueForce back up and running safely: https://members.iracing.com/jforum/posts/list/3801302.page
CARS:
ARCA Menards Chevrolet Impala
- The New Damage Model has been re-enabled for this vehicle on this environment!
- For the New Damage Model, several adjustments have been made, including:
- - Wheel strengths have been adjusted so they break or hinge less.
- - Spring damper limits have been adjusted so they may occasionally collapse with appropriate damage.
- - The break thresholds for many body mount points have been reduced.
Global Mazda MX-5 Cup
- Preventative measures have been taken to halt rampant license plate thievery for this vehicle within the 3D Model Viewer.
Mercedes-AMG GT3
- Fixed an issue where the iRacing UI model for this vehicle could appear without mirrors.
NASCAR Cup Series Chevrolet Camaro ZL1
- Gearing has been adjusted slightly while running at Darlington Raceway to account for reduced aerodynamic drag.
NASCAR Cup Series Ford Mustang
- Gearing has been adjusted slightly while running at Darlington Raceway to account for reduced aerodynamic drag.
NASCAR Cup Series Toyota Camry
- Gearing has been adjusted slightly while running at Darlington Raceway to account for reduced aerodynamic drag.
TRACKS:
Kansas Speedway
- Some advertisements and signs have been updated.
Talladega Superspeedway
- Some advertisements and signs have been updated.
Porsche GT3 R kommt.

2021 Season 2 Patch 5 - Release Notes [2021.05.03.01]
This Patch contains some updates and fixes for the 2021 Season 2 Release.
iRACING UI: (5.13.03-2021-s2)
Registration
- Fixed an issue with registering for an event where the Register button would appear to be re-enabled for several seconds (and could appear to some as a registration failure) while the registration process was actively completing. This occurred for users who had their confirmation dialog bypass enabled.
Current Series
- Fixed an issue when creating a Hosted Session from a Series Schedule did not maintain the correct car classes or amount of drivers and was incorrectly displaying the length for an Open Practice Session.
Team Racing
- A Back button has been added to the Team Registration window which returns a user back to the Series window.
- The "Watch" option has been removed from the Team Registration window.
- Fixed an issue where the Register button was not being correctly disabled for users attempting to register their team for an Open Practice Team Session that was full.
AI Racing
- AI Drivers in Opponent Rosters are now editable using the upgraded Paint Shop with the 3D Model Viewer!
- Fixed an issue with Opponent Rosters where newly added AI Drivers could be assigned the same driver number as an existing AI driver.
- Fixed an issue with outputting AI results after a Race if the Opponent Roster had duplicate names or numbers.
Hosted Racing
- Fixed an issue where creating a Hosted Session from the Season Schedule window was incorrectly setting the duration of the Practice to 20 minutes instead of a full hour.
- - Fixed an additional issue with these Hosted Sessions when attempting to add additional hours was also only adding time in 20 minute increments instead of the full hour.
League Racing
- Fixed an issue where users were unable to launch Test Drive sessions from Pending League Sessions.
Paint Shop
- Fixed an issue where improper colors could be used with fixed paint schemes for some vehicles.
MEMBERSITE:
Hosted Racing
- Fixed an issue where an error message was being displayed when trying to schedule a Hosted Session using car classes.
SIMULATION:
Connectivity
- Fixed an issue that could crash the Simulation for multiple users under certain conditions.
- - This was mostly observed during serious high-speed collision events involving one or more Dallara IR18's, but could also occur with other vehicles. It would appear to others as though the server had dumped several users all at once, when in fact their Simulations had crashed.
Race Control
- Fixed an issue where a missed start delay could not account for the pit lane's exit time from the pit lane end to the merge point being potentially different from the race line's path.
- - Typically this is not an issue, but at a track like Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps - Grand Prix Pits where the pit exit cuts the inside of a hairpin on a 90 meters shorter path, a missed start car would be released 4-6 seconds too early.
Sporting Code
- The Sporting Code has received some updates for clarity and consistency. Also, a new Glossary section has been added.
CARS:
Dirt Late Model
- (ALL) - Opponent car parameters have been updated to improve stability and correlation to the player car.
Dirt Midget
- Tire parameters have been updated, construction has been made stiffer, and tread pattern has been updated.
- Opponent car wheel spring rates and ride heights now have a better correlation.
- iRacing setups have been updated.
NASCAR Chevrolet Monte Carlo - 1987
- The New Damage Model has been re-enabled for this vehicle!
NASCAR Ford Thunderbird - 1987
- The New Damage Model has been re-enabled for this vehicle!
TRACKS:
Darlington Raceway
- Track surface parameters have been updated.
- Some advertisements and signs have been updated.
- Some additional SAFER foam has been added.
- Fixed a lighting issue with some glass in the tower at Turn 3.
Texas Motor Speedway
- (Legends Oval) - Pace speed has been reduced.
