  • Fun first race here, thanks to Bernd for letting me know about this league!
I saw Frank and others pit early and followed him in, as I had to slow down for lapped cars in T4 anyway, besides, I'm new here and you don't want to pit on your own, so I went in both times when I saw people ahead of me pit.
Shortly later, during that last wreck he got very lucky and I was very unlucky. I didn't get the lucky dog somehow, even though I was the first lapped car. I guess because I was involved, although I was more a victim.
Sadly this meant that I had to stay out so I could stay on the lead lap and I wasn't able to repair my damage. Couldn't keep up with the lead pack during the final green flag run and dropped to 12th.
Some issues earlier with people not holding their line on the inside, but luckily no big wrecks, same thing with people checking up far too much.
Also kind of boring that barely anyone wanted to use the high line, although I did expect that to happen with the fixed setup.

Anyway, congrats to Frank and the other podium finishers!
Looking forward to the Monster Mile next week!
