  • When even series admins start wrecking you idk what to say anymore... There is no reason to sit on my quarter panel like that, with a car that is undriveable as it is... Wth is up with these setups and this tire man :(

Tried the strategy, would've probably gotten me a few positions from 10th back but it was not to be. Thanks Yves for doing that to the leaders when you're laps down yourself. When are people gonna learn how to unlap themselves on fresh tires? The amount of uncertainty and half-assed moves made by some people tonight...

Are you not aware of the aero effect that these cars have on each other? Have you ever watched a real race where they try to get to someone's quarter panel to get them loose? All without contact as well. Your reply would suggest not. It's always worked a little bit on iracing, but now with the new aero model on the A car it's really pronounced. Especially noticeable on superspeedways. Newsflash: when a car is loose sitting on their ass doesn't help.

I'm not even gonna bother gracing your remark about not knowing how to drive with an answer :pfeif:

  • :yeah:

das ging auf. den moneystopp nicht verkackt. das war wichtig. bin happy. hat sich das public fahren ausgezahlt.

  • Good win Gabi. Very nice to see six races with six winners. Who is next?
I was not great on tires, so cautions near the end helped me out. I'll take an 8th.

I do feel running to get someone loose is bad karma. Have to agree fully with Nigel after looking at that in the replay.
The aero bubble just pushes Nigel around in that situation. He has no chance on old tires.
As a car on fresh tires, that does not want a caution, I would never want to be that close to someone on old tires.

Even on equal tires, doing this is like a weapon to get rid of the car in front...
Which can sometimes fall under hard racing, but would be a last resort deal for me.

  • I was really looking forward to this race. But I guess sometimes there is a race where everything that can go wrong, goes wrong.

It started with a black flag, before the green flag even dropped. Then I stopped in my box, while it was a drive through so I had to come in again. And in lap 60 Sven crashed into the wall and decided to cross the track with 40 mph when there were 5 cars coming. Even after the repairs the car was still incredibly loose, so after I got a few positions from others that retired I decided to park it and not risking ending somebody else's race or cause a yellow...
