That turned out to be more fun than I feared. Practice was rough. I did somewhat manage to save tires in the race.
We got the green in a horrible spot, and I almost spun Jakub. But thankfully that turned out ok.
After that Niel got past me. I got past him when he lost grip on the first stint.
Managed to extend a gap big enough to not get undercut.
Then towards the end I was gaining on Carsten and Jakub.
Almost got a sneaky win out of it. But we had a nice 3 wide finish.Not something you expect at the roval.
I'll take the third place finish tho. A compliment to the lapped cars btw. This was easier/better than at some oval races we do 
.

Sehr spaßiges Rennen, obwohl ich das Roval für Racing nicht wirklich mag.
Am Start bin ich leider Erik hinten drauf gefahren. Er ist Jakub rein gefahren und plötzlich wieder langsam geworden und da ich gerade in den zweiten hoch geschaltet hatte, kam ich nicht wirklich los und hinter mir gab es einen mächtigen Stau. Hätte ich aber noch einmal runter geschaltet, wäre ich vermutlich abgeflogen.
Danach habe ich versucht so gut es geht die Reifen zu schonen und musste irgendwann Frank ziehen lassen, da ich mich mächtig verbremst habe in der letzten Schikane. Da Frank aber danach ziemlich zu kämpfen hatte, konnte ich mir den Platz dann durch einen Fehler von ihm wieder holen.
Nach dem Stopp war ich dann direkt hinter Niel und war zeitweise etwas schneller. Als er einen Fehler gemacht hat, konnte ich auch vorbei und ein klein wenig davon fahren. Am Ende waren meine Reifen aber definitiv schlechter als seine und er kam mir in den letzten 2 Runden wieder bis in mein Getriebe ran. P4 konnte ich dann verteidigen, aber ich vermute bei 1-2 Runden länger hätte Niel mich noch irgendwo überholt
I need new pedals. My HE Pro's are showing their age and the brake pedal is rubbing/screeching when pressing it. And guess where you apply only 10 to 20% brake force on this track? Almost everywhere. It drove me crazy and I could not focus. I made a lot of mistakes. I also missed a lot of pace on the infield.
P5 is nice, but I didn't feel good about my performance. Though, I don't think there was a lot more in it. It was a good fight at the end with Michael. I tried to pressure him into the last chicane. I managed but he defended the exit perfectly.
Of all road courses, this is the least enjoyable one for me and I usually love road courses with these cars.
