Schade hatte mir echt mehr erhofft von dem Rennen.
Da fährt man gegen alle sauber und fair. Aber wenn man selber ein run hat wird man knallhart geblockt… Echt schade.

Again Carletto7777 and myself compenetrates perfectly on superspeedways. We just enjoy a lot together on these tracks and each of us knows what the other is thinking. A shame he blew up and lost 2nd 150 meters before s/f line
Personally it has been the funniest race in VO on superspeedways due that for me, it has been the best level of racing of the whole field. There was some tight and hard racing and seing 3 wides during several laps, lane changes without problemes (in general), lead changes, etc. and even than everyone has showed good level of racing.
Of course wrecks will happen and some guys will not agree with me who were involved in the wrecks but I talk from my point of view of course.

Appologies to Daniel and everybody else involved in the first wreck... Kevin had me stuck on the inside behind Daniel. I thought I entered pretty normal (and once you are on the inside like that it can be hard sometimes to know where you are exactly compared to the car in front on the high line). Not sure if Daniel was a little bit slower on entry, or that Kevin and I both carried a bit more speed on entry there. But once I figured I send it on your inside I tried to back out of it by braking harder and that got me tight and moved up the track a bit. In hindsight you did seem to leave some space, so I guess I just should have taken it and although that would have still been a divebomb, everybody would have been alive getting out of that turn....
All good. That’s racing. I know you are a clean driver and I’m not mad at you.
I was just disappointed because I had a huge strategy plan.
And yes, I was trying to open the wheel in the moment I saw you coming fast to my inside. But it was too late already. Like you said, you both were really late on the brakes into the turn, and I was saving my tires and so i lifted a bit maybe too early. The combination of both results in our „meet and greet“.

In the first stint, I was in the same situation as you until I figured out around lap 60 how to drive the car '55% front right'. It was completely different from how we had driven it in NIS. The problem was in T1 and T2, where the track was hotter and had less grip, so you had to be much more aggressive on the throttle out of T2, practically drifting out, so you could manage the front tire. Second stint, 72% front right.
Yes i think that was my main problem. I was doing 2 NiS and now i was driven the same, but it felt complete different and everything was wrong, what i was doing right in the NiS race...
It is crazy how much the weather has in impact of the track and of how you have to race!

Das war mit mein schlechtestes Rennen ever. Keine Ahnung was ich falsch gemacht habe.
Erste stint easy mitgefahren. Doch plötzlich 3 zehntel offpace. Danach gepushed. Das gleiche. Dann mix probiert. Wieder Nix….
Echt schade.

Statt 1.000 Mbit/s Vodafone Kabelinternet per LAN-Kabel habe ich mir einen Hotspot mit dem Handy gegeben.
Schon lustig, dass man mit der besten Verbindung scheinbar Upload Probleme in iRacing hat. Aber dann fahr ich halt über die iPhone Verbindung wireless, wenn das Spiel das besser findet😅

First of all, I want to apologize again to Jeroen Anema and Jackub, who was also involved in the first lap. Honestly, I never thought you would brake so early; it caught me by surprise, at least with my braking references. I didn't want to be aggressive or anything like that, just positioning myself behind you to have the inside line against Jackub.
I made a mistake with the sequential gearbox, which downshifted two gears in a row and nearly ended my race right there. Thanks to everyone for avoiding me well, guys!!
Erik, the bad luck you've been having this year in many races is just not normal. I hope it changes quickly.Jackub, you made me sweat; I had to defend with everything I had...
What about me? I had to brake and lost it because of the romance of Jeroen and Jakub in front of me 🤣

In your situation, I would be pretty pissed off, but what bothers me the most is that the driver has nothing to play for while being 5 laps behind the leader. I'm not saying this about Ismael, but because I think this situation should never happen...
Something similar happened to me last week, and when the leader was about to lap me again, I decided to go into the pits and retire. I had nothing to gain and much to lose for the rest.yes, yesterday i was pissed, but now im just disappointed by the behavior.
But it is what it is! Heads up and looking forward to martinsville! Hopefully we can battle it out

Such bad luck, Dani. From what I saw in the replay, Ismael had a steering problem. Still, there were a thousand ways to avoid the accident, like, for example, warning over the radio or staying to the right until you don't see anyone behind you. I also get scared because he does exactly the same thing to me, but luckily he sees me and moves to the right. If not, instead of you, it would have been me.
Yeah was really bad luck. But I don’t understand why he doesn’t stopped the car after his wreck on the S/F? No he tries to race with 100mph in zick/zack over the track.
my first reaction was to go to the right, but he was coming up, so I moved to the left and he was doing the same direction at the moment. It happend so fast and with 50mph difference i can not react faster…
And the worst of all, no sorry or similar from him.
It sucks really hard to loose a good result because of this situation. -
Bis kurz vor Ende ein recht cooles Rennen gewesen.
Konnte gut mit den Reifen diesmal haushalten. Jakub, Jose und Carsten waren wieder Mega gut unterwegs.Leider am Ende in Ismail gefahren, keine Ahnung was sein Auftrag war aber das war mehr als schlecht
Sorry an Roland und Eric für den schreck bei meinem Pitin, dachte eigentlich der Abstand sollte easy passen. Aber war dann doch sehr knapp.

Also ich nehm die Caution (ich glaub die vierte war's) sicher nicht!
Die #74 Andreas Starke blinkt so dermaßen heftig, dass man als dahinter Fahrender ständig in der Angst lebt, dass er auf einmal in einem wieder auftaucht! Heute war es wieder mal GANZ heftig. Ich muss mich voll darauf konzentrieren und check dadurch leider nicht, dass da ein Fahrzeug genauso wie ich den Dogleg nicht benutzt, was den Crash dann auslöst und mein Rennen beendet. Das ist Kacke, Andreas!
Ich versteh Dich nicht: Markus teilt Dir das schon ein paar Runden davor mit, Du selbst musst das auch voll mitbekommen, da Du ja auch beim Restart schon viel zu viel Abstand nimmst zum Vordermann und auch nach meiner Ansage ziehst Du keinerlei Konsequenzen daraus und fährst einfach weiter, als wäre alles heiter Sonnenschein. Nochmal, Du musst das doch auch selbst bemerken! Das ist in meinen Augen einfach unfair und ignorant gegenüber allen anderen Kollegen. Ich sag ja nix, wenn das temporär wäre und die hin und wieder mal kurz verschwindest, aber du bist nur hin und wieder da und die meiste Zeit nicht zu sehen. Das geht nicht! Du hast dieses Thema doch schon ewig. Es ist mal besser, aber meistens schlecht. Kümmere Dich doch bitte mal um deine Verbindungsqualität oder check, ob jemand anderer im Haushalt die Leitung zu viel belastet, aber so kann's echt nicht weitergehen. Es ist einfach eine Zumutung für alle am Server. Ich weiß aus eigener Erfahrung, wie Sche...e es ist, wenn man wegen sowas abstellen muss, aber so geht's halt einfach nicht.
Okay, ich hab nen Hals, sorry, aber irgendwer muss da jetzt mal was sagen dazu. Und nochmal: Die Yellow nehm ich nicht, sicher nicht.

War ein super Rennen. Mega gute fights gehabt. Alle eng aber fair. War super spannend, grad der letzte stint.
Hab viel mit der BB gespielt um die Rears zu „kühlen“.
Platz 3 war heute das absolute Maximum. Jakub war Overall wieder top unterwegs. Und Roland war Sau stark im longrun. Hut ab an euch beide. 👍 -

Wie schon am Mittwoch im NIS auf COTA natürlich mein Quali verhauen und somit keine Zeit gehabt!
Überholen war sehr schwer bis fast unmöglich. Daher hab ich mich für ein Undercut entschieden und so am Ende 2-3 Plätze Gewonnen! Mehr als P10 war heute somit leider nicht drin!
Glückwunsch an die Czech Boys!!
Und auch an die restlichen Fahrer! War ein sehr faires Rennen!

It was a great race. In the 2nd split we realized that we have to save a lot fuel to stay in the frontpack. So we were going to the end of the pack and saved it out. We nailed both pit stops, especially the last one. And so we could stay in the Czech draft pack
Right in the moment we doing some moves, the caution came out.
The GWC was all about full pushing and hoping the line works the best. Jonas pushed the sh*** out of me and so we finished P1-P2
