speed war ok und vorallem reifenschonen klappte auch sehr gut. hätte p6 vor dem rennen unterschrieben. aber da kam die late caution... und boom werde ich aggressiv zum 4 wide gezwungen, verpasse meinen punkt und komme etwas zu hoch. nicht nur, dass mein rennen (und das von maik, sry) durch war, ich bekomm auch noch den grand slam mit YK... so zum kotzen... das nervt so krass, da wird mit 120% aggressivität unruhe ins feld gebracht, damit es irgendwo kracht und bestraft wird ein anderer... top... es macht einfach null spass nur auf >p20 ins ziel zu kommen wenn man das ganze rennen in den top10 war...

in Lap 1 direkt stark beschädigt worden, nun gut, dadurch ging Reifen und Spritsparen recht easy...hatte mit neuen oder 50LAP Reifen die selbe pace^^ Wäre auch ohne refuel durchgekommen, schade, dass es am ende noch recht gelb wurde.

@stephen Netherwood sry it wasn't planned to overtake you that way...btw i think you should work on your tiremanagement cause speed is not your problem

Wrecked on lap 1, having saved enough fuel to make it and get a caution, getting stuck in the slow 2-tire lane on the last restarts; guess this wasn't meant to be my race

Hat knapp doch gereicht. Hab wie immer nen Stint gebraucht um zu begreifen wie man fährt, dabei unzählige Male in die Wand gegangen.

Der zweite Stint ging viel besser, Sprit sparen hat recht gut geklappt. Habe dann schon geflucht als die caution kam. Diesmal aber mit Glück überall durch gekommen, mit Müde und Hektik P10 nehme ich sofort.

So ist das wohl Aber ohne ab und zu solche Ergebnisse wirst du nur zum DeJong, der bei P8 nen heul-emotschi bringt.

Super happy with my 6th place finish. This is my best result in VO Pro. 🥳

I was able to catch Arron and Nigel in the second run. Luckily I was good to go on fuel. 3 or 4 litres to spare thanks to lift and coast as I was behind a train of cars.

At the late caution, Frank and I thought: screw it, let's gamble and take 2 tires + a splash of fuel. Still managed to hold on to P6 after the two overtime cautions. It was very stressful.

I noticed there is not a lot of people trying (very) different strategies in these races. Were there more who took 2 tires at the third caution?

naja... mich nervts halt massiv wenn der gemachte effort unbelohnt bleibt. die pace war definitiv da und das hätte ich gerne auch im ergebnis sichtbar... und dann noch schön gelbe karten und sps abstauben weil einfach jeder irgendwo reindrückt find ich auch sehr ungeil. aber ich wusste schon beim ausrufen der yf, dass es das war und p19 kommen wird... mein shortrun war nicht so gut bzw hab ich nicht einfach immer alles stupide reingeworfen

Tyres weren't the issue Stev - after being wrecked in the Lap 1 crash, I couldn't get below 29 second laps (1m 30s repairs) even on fresh tyres, so I had to push hard, and then fuel was a problem so I backed off. Got wrecked again on lap 151 when you made it three wide and hit my right side as people checked up for a wreck in front. And then to cap it all I got wrecked again at the end when someone spun in front and you were able to drive on after the contact with me.

I was surprised how much damage I got on lap 1, since the contact was at fairly low speed, although I did take more than one hit as the drivers behind didn't get checked up in time.....

Wohoo finally finished a B car race

Comfortably lead the first stint and saved enough to make it 1 stop and had even tyre wear when the yellow came out so was feeling quietly confident.

Was surprised everyone was not saving fuel after that and was over a lap to the good when the yellow came out

Then it was carnage, happy to finish 4th with a clean car!!

I would've been able to make it, but I was only about 0.3 gal to the good. Managed that, though, to go as fast as possible while being able to make it.

I enjoyed this race more then I would’ve expected after some practice laps.

During one of the late restarts came into slight contact with Marvin which turned me around. Marvin could’ve been lower, I could’ve been higher. Doesn’t matter in my opinion. It is expected to race hard, but fair, during these overtime finishes. In my opinion it was a fair battle but we misjudged each others position.

Had to restart in p20 but enjoyed the last 2 laps with my new tires squeezing through the field.

Just checked the replay and to be fair it was a tricky situation since the yellow wasn't thrown for the two cars that turned into the inside wall. Roland piled into it too, but from the replay it looked like he was on the high line and was unsighted. The flag was thrown when others wrecked as a result of that incident. I was on the low line and saw the crash ahead so checked up.

Hotlap Speed war eigentlich nicht vorhanden, im Longrun wär ich ganz gut zurecht gekommen denke ich.

Quali dann Riesenüberraschung mit P4. 2 Zehntel schneller als meine PB bis dahin, keine Ahnung wo die Runde herkam.

Ja und dann wars eigentlich auch schon erledigt. Kelvin mit etwas verhaltenem Start, Roland setzt mich sofort in den 3 Wide durchs Dogleg. Wollte dadurch relativ weit oben und mit etwas Schwung in den Turn um gegenhalten zu können, gefühlt auch etwas spät auf der Bremse, auch wenn ich im Replay parallel zu Maik innen bin. Kelvin mit einem etwas überraschend früheren Bremspunkt macht mir aber einen Strich durch die Rechnung und ich stups ihn an. Dadurch dann die Troubles und Damage für viele Fahrer im Feld, Sorry an alle Beteiligten

Selbst auch 8 Minuten Damage geholt und übel Off Pace gewesen. Durchrepariert unter Grün und dann Runden abgespult und bis zum Ende durchgehalten (und aus allem weiteren Mist rausgehalten).

Wand getroffen. Midracecaution, repariert, blöd nochmal nachzutanken, Restart halbe Runde hinterm Feld. Heizen, wieder tight. -2Laps down.

Bei 10 to go Wavearround und dann lucky den Lucky Dog von Matthias geklaut (sorry, das war so nicht beabsichtigt, wobei ich das sehr begrüße, dass du wegen des Wrecks weiter vorn vom Gas gehst ).

Am Ende Fight um P16 aber von Mark weg gekickt wurden im letzten Turn.

P20 geerbt wegen BF für Roman.

Ansich fährt sich Phoenix prima, aber nicht wenn mans Set nicht gut einstellt.
